It was an old part of the Amazon rainforest and was rich in wildlife, with toucans and parrots flying overhead and squawking in the trees. Ants were crawling everywhere too! A group of Yawanawá artists joined me on this day, quietly creating sacred drawings and designs in the rainforest."
