Original Painting by John Dyer. Gardening and Growing. Kim Wilde's Sunflower Garden.
A glorious week of painting in Kim Wilde's garden in Hertfordshire with her family resulted in this spectacular painting by John Dyer. Painted by John Dyer in 2003 during a weeks painting residency with singer and rock star Kim Wilde. The painting features sunflowers, espalier apple trees, rose arches & climbing beans, which are all set against the warm red and purple colours of Kim Wilde's beautiful barn conversion. Kim's husband Hal and her children Rose and Harry can be seen alongside Kim as they enjoy their English country family garden together. This key painting by artist John Dyer is featured in the book about John Dyer & his retrospective exhibition.
"You have not only perfected your own life-affirming art but more importantly I can clearly see you have perfected the art of living!"
